The AR15 Training Insert makes training easy and safe at the same time. No need of modifications or alterations of any kind on the weapon
The AR Training Insert is placed into the AR15 bolt carrier and whle it permits resetting the trigger, with a 1/4" inch pull on the charging handle for dry fire practice, does not allow the hammer
to hit the firing pin .
Just do not place it inside while weapon is hot!
